Kristi is a certified development professional with more than 16 years of experience. She joined the team as Director of Development in 2012. Her focus is on major gifts and planned giving. Most recently, Arrowood was a senior member of the Marshall University Foundation’s major gifts team, where she assisted in developing the University’s Bridge Campaign, annual reports and Thunder Club and coordinating the world premiere celebration of the film “We Are Marshall.” Kristi is passionate about her work and takes great joy in getting to know and care for the people with whom she works.
