At MHN Foundations, we’re committed to delivering a seamless gift giving experience. This Fulfillment and Refund Policy outlines how we process gifts and manage refunds to ensure your satisfaction.

Fulfillment

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after donation gift giving. You’ll receive a mailed tax gift receipt after your gift is received and processed.

Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: While a return of a gift is not usual, if there are extenuating circumstances please follow the return process below.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us at info@mhnfoundations.org or foundations@mhnetwork.org to request a return. Provide your reason, how your gift was made (e.g. check, cash, or credit card via MHN Foundations website), and a contact phone number or email.
    2. After a MHN Foundations employee reviews request and discusses with donor, a refund may occur.
  • Refund Options: Upon discussion and a refund has been agreed upon, we’ll issue:
    • A full refund to your original payment method if credit card or check, and if paid by cash, a check will be issued instead.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Purchase of raffle tickets that do not win are not eligible for return or refunds.
