Who are the Hoops Ambassadors?
Hoops Ambassadors are a group of pediatric patients from Hoops Family Children’s Hospital who have been nominated by their caregivers in recognition of their incredible courage and resilience when faced with medical challenges. Hoops Ambassadors represent the physicians, nurses and therapists that provide extraordinary care to all the patients receiving care at HFCH.
What do Hoops Ambassadors do?
Hoops Ambassadors help others by sharing their story and experiences! Hoops Ambassadors educate others about their healthcare journey and participate in HFCH events throughout the year. Ambassadors also promote their own fundraising page and organize their own community events to help raise awareness and support for the specific area of HFCH that is meaningful to them.
By sharing their experiences and working together, the Hoops Ambassadors can help make life better for kids just like them.
