Founded in 2004, the Rivers Health Foundation exists to support the mission of Rivers Health and to promote the essential role quality healthcare plays in the rural communities of Mason County and neighboring counties in southern Ohio. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization led by a volunteer board of trustees, the Foundation works to strengthen access to compassionate, high-quality care for the region it serves.
As the Point Pleasant area experiences continued economic growth and development, the need for accessible healthcare services is expected to increase significantly in the coming years. Rivers Health, a member of Marshall Health Network, is preparing for this growth through strategic expansion and continued investment in patient care services and facilities. Through the support of generous donors, the Foundation helps ensure the hospital can continue providing critical healthcare services, wellness programs, health education, and community screenings that improve the quality of life for individuals and families throughout the region.
