Yogurt Bark

Yogurt has a great reputation among healthy eaters for its calcium, vitamins B6 and B12, and boosts to bone health and digestion. Throw in some strawberries and pistachios and freeze it. After it sets up, the result will be bark that tastes so good you’ll want to go climb a tree.

  • 2 cups FAGE Total Classic Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sweetener
  • 2 medium strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios

  1. Mix first two ingredients.
  2. Pour into a freezer-proof dish and top with strawberries and pistachios.
  3. Freeze for 3 hours or until bark is solid. Remove from freezer and let sit for 5 minutes. Break into pieces.
  4. Serve immediately or store in freezer for up to one month.
