Are you looking for a pork chop dinner sensation?

Your pork chop dinner will become a sensation when you try this version. You smother them in a mix of a French onion-soup-style gravy, along with a ton of seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, thyme and oregano. You will add many of the same seasonings to the sweet potatoes cut into fry shapes.

Wait, what’s that dripping on your laptop? You are drooling just thinking about it.

One of the best things about this dish is its simplicity. Chop the sweet potatoes in half before cutting them into thin wedges. Add the seasonings along with a couple tablespoons of oil, blending everything together by hand so the fries come out so tasty they’ll have you turning cartwheels.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and dump the mixture onto a baking pan covered with foil. It will take 30 to 40 minutes to cook the fries.

While their sweet odor fills the room, melt some butter in a pan and then add a little garlic powder and onion powder to one side of the pork chops. After you’ve placed the chops in the pan, coat the top side too. As they cook, chop some onion to cook in a separate pan.

Flatten a clove of garlic and get it ready to add to the onions, keeping a close eye on this mixture because onions can easily burn.

After removing the chops, put the onion mix in that pan. Add a couple of tablespoons of flour and some beef broth to create the gravy. Now, it’s not all quite that simple.
