Nominate a Patient to be a Hoops Family Children’s Hospital Junior Ambassador

What is a Junior Ambassador?

A junior ambassador serves as a liaison between patients, their families, and our community. This provides the opportunity for them to share their story by creating a personal fundraising page and relate to others that may also be experiencing a similar medical journey. HFCH Jr. Ambassadors will also be invited and welcome to participate at hospital and foundation events such as the Children’s Golf Classic, United for Hoops, Hotdog Festival, Scoops for Hoops, and many more.  The ambassador program is also a way to highlight the incredible commitment and care you provide to HFCH patients!

Ideal patient nomination is between the ages of 3-18 years old, are comfortable to speak or be present in large groups, willing to share their experience at HFCH and attend events.

These events include:

  • Children’s Golf Classic
  • United for Hoops
  • Scoops 4 Hoops
  • Hotdog Festival
  • Restaurant Week
  • Medial Day
  • Santa Express

Please submit your Junior Ambassador nomination by June 30th using the form below.  Thank you! If you have any questions, contact Sara Schultz-Britt at sara.schultz-britt@mhnetwork.org.
