Visit any of Austin’s three locations August 24 – 27! It’s that simple.

Employees of Marshall Health Network, Marshall Health, Cabell Huntington Hospital, and St. Mary’s Medical Center can order for ice cream to be delivered to their department on Friday, August 28 between 1-3PM.

Last day to order is August 26.

How to order online (employees only):

  1. On the form to the right, select “I Want to Support Scoops for Hoops” and choose a quantity of 1.
  2. Choose your ice cream and quantities for each flavor.
  3. REQUIRED. Provide your name, email, phone, campus, department, and employee ID.
  4. For credit card sales, choose “Pay Securely” and complete payment.
  5. To pay via payroll deduct, choose “Pay Later” and complete form.
