Donna Rumbaugh

Donna is a resident of Huntington’s West End. She has served as a community connector for FaithHealth Appalachia since early 2020. Donna is a staple of the West End, having owned and operated a nursery and greenhouse, Perennial Favorites, for decades. She has served as the President of Huntington’s Neighborhood Institute, which is an organization comprised of neighborhood representatives dedicated to collaborating and sharing information about all the neighborhoods within Huntington’s city limits.
Donna has also served as a board member for the Cabell-Huntington Health Department and has passionately served as the church secretary for Central United Methodist Church. Donna’s passion for helping connect people to resources in her area extends from her church and spills out into the community. She is a vital part of FHA’s mission to restore health and wellness to Huntington’s West End.
