Aaron Gustin

Aaron M. Gustin, BSN, RN serves as President of Business Operations for Village Caregiving, LLC, headquartered in Barboursville, West Virginia. With a clinical background in nursing and extensive experience leading multi-state healthcare operations, Aaron brings a strong understanding of both patient care and organizational leadership. He is passionate about supporting access to high-quality healthcare and strengthening the communities served by St. Mary’s Medical Center Foundation. Aaron is honored to contribute his experience and perspective in support of the Foundation’s mission and impact across the region.
